Wake up, Bubb! How can the puppies be free, if he is charging you money? There is SO much wrong with this, that even your alarms should have gone off!
First, you just can not ship animals like that, more especially puppies. There are laws and customs regulations for animals, not to mention quarantine. The information he is asking for is not all necessary, this is a scam to get your personal information and money! Look at that E-mail, the grammar is atrocious and that all by itself is a big tip-off of a scam.
When an E-mail offer sounds too good to be true, then it is definitely not true.
Do not respond to it/them.
Report it, forward it to the FTC at spam@uce.gov and to the abuse desk of the sender's ISP.
For yahoo, report them here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ya...
Choose Fraud as the reason for the violation you're reporting on.
Also, if the email appears to be impersonating a bank or other company or organization, forward the message to the actual organization.
And for your E-mail safety, remember:
Do not ever open E-mail from people you do not know; and unless you are absolutely sure who it is from then treat them as spam.
Opening spam alerts the sender that your address is a valid one and they send you loads and loads more of it to you.
Never, ever give out your personal information to anyone, for any reason, whether by E-mail, snail mail, phone call, or at your front door.

That sounds like a definite scam to me. I have noticed a lot of e-mails trying to pull these scams have horrible grammar. I would also be wary of anyone who ships puppies. You'll most likely lose your money, and never see a puppy.

Definately a scam. Have you gotten any pics? How will they know what kind of home you have? I have adopted 4 dogs and it was totally from shelters. It's the sure way to go. Also how will you know it is really the delivery agency you are making payments too? Go to a shelter, or adoptapet.com, it is all the shelters looking for forever homes for their pets.
