Anything from Cameroon is a scam. I guarantee it.
Do not send any money anywhere.
Trust me, if you arrange for the plane, something else will come up requiring you to send money to her.
It’s possible that this Laura person is not so much an opperator of pet-delivery.com, but a client? Kind of like “breeders.com”, it’s pretty much a listing site? Full of ways for breeders to contact potential buyers?
All in all, this isn’t the way to purchase a dog. You need to know exactly where your pup is coming from, it’s parents, temperment, lineage, health history… you don’t want to be contributing to backyard breeding do you? It sounds awfully fishy, I’d make sure you did a LOT more research before you continued with this.

It’s a real company that will ship a poorly bred Puppy Mill pup to you. There is no guarantee that you will actually get the puppy you saw on-line.
Do not buy from this person – Find a Chihuahua breeder in your area, go visit, see their facility, see the Sire and Dam, see the pups, then decide if you want to buy from them.
Go local and find an actual breeder in your area that you can visit. Most puppies from companies such as those are either:
1) a scam
2) selling puppy mill pups
If you actually contact someone in your area, you can see the pups in person, their parents, everything. Chi’s are not that uncommon, and there are decent local breeders in most places. You can go to:

Cluck on the “Search Breeder Listings” and you can see local breeders.
If you can’t go see the parents, or go where the puppy or dog is, don’t get it.
She didn’t want your mothers name, social security number and account number? I’m shocked!
Do not buy from these people, find a place locally and buy from someone who is willing to have you come by, talk to you, give you an interview and WONT ship a puppy.
You are only 1 out of thousands that are being scammed by the people in Camaroon. Do not send them any money or give out any infor to them. Period
Stay away from them…
