I heard the truth!
I know now!
I didn’t need everyone just bargin on in here going all,” ITS A SCAM, ARE YOU CRAZY? DONT TALK TO HIM STOP LOOKING FOR PUPPYMILL CHIHUAHUAS BLAHBLAHBLAH”.
But it’s not like I KNEW.
I didn’t know puppymills and unhealthy dogs would be offered; I just thought local people with dogs would contact me
I kept questioning if this was real or not, even BEFORE I knew it was a common scam.

I’ll be sure to be more careful, but don’t blame me for something that I hadn’t known better.

I went to Western Union and paid the $400. They told me that the puppies will be arriving at 2 am. So 2 am comes and the delivery people email me and said that the puppies are still in Utah and that in order for me to receive the puppies, i would have to pay $1000 for pet insurance from VPI. And everytime they call me, they hang up once i answer the phone. I find it suspicious because the posting said Sacramento, CA but the guy is in Utah. But i’m sending money to Cameroon? Thats BS. When the delivery company finally called, they said they had the dogs with them, but the dogs are in Utah and the guy i was talking to is in Cameroon. He did not speak fluent English and when i asked to speak to another representative, he said that there were no other representative available. What kind of company has only one representative available? and 24 Hours?

Please answer my question.
