And then I got an email-from someone named Raul Ramillio.
I was pretty sure he found my email off the forum from backpage-
how else could he have gotten it?
This is what he emailed me first:

Well, I have a few that I’m still thinking about;
Just haven’t found the PERFECT one.

I have a lot of people contacting me about them-
I just have to find the one that I like the most.
I found one but they require me to have all the money by this weekend-
which I’m not sure if that is possible or not; but I like their chihuahua the most.

How did you find me- Backpage forums?
&Yes; can you give me the most details you can; and pics?
Like price; how they act; what they like to do; etc. (;

I’m still not 100% on getting this puppy-
My dad says that I have to raise about 200 more dollars
but that hopefully won’t be in TOO Long,
because last night I made babysitting and my sister will be doing dogwalking, flyers.
And later I’m gonna put them on the outside of mailboxes.

It may be a week or two, if you mind.

It’s not like I KNEW I was giving in to a scam.
I WAS NOT PLACING AN AD FOR PUPPYMILL CHIHUAHUAS! WHERE ON THE FORUM POST DOES IT SAY, “I’M LOOKING FOR A PUPPY MILL CHIHUAHA”?

I heard the truth!
I know now!
I didn’t need everyone just bargin on in here going all,” ITS A SCAM, ARE YOU CRAZY? DONT TALK TO HIM STOP LOOKING FOR PUPPYMILL CHIHUAHUAS BLAHBLAHBLAH”.
But it’s not like I KNEW.
I didn’t know puppymills and unhealthy dogs would be offered; I just thought local people with dogs would contact me
I kept questioning if this was real or not, even BEFORE I knew it was a common scam.

I’ll be sure to be more careful, but don’t blame me for something that I hadn’t known better.
