Has anyone ever bought a dog off of yahoo?

I want to get a puppy of a special breed and small to have with me all the time. I have seen many ads on Yahoo pets and for some reason when you contact the people the majority of them are in africa on “missionary work” do you think this is legitamite or could this be a scam to get money wired to them? I woudl ahte to loose the money that I have been saving for a dog if its not a dog I’ll get but a broken heart.

Has anybody ever used the LostPetCards.com website? Is this a scam? Thanks?

I’m seriously considering trying it as I lost my cat and have exhausted myself walking around looking for her. I’ve posted ads in the local papers and websites that take lost pet posts. Been checking the animal shelter. Have posted signs with her picture on it. I found this website www.lostpetcards.com which says it will mail out 1000 cards to all my neighbors in a radius around my home. My roommate says it’s probably a scam? I’ve researched and all i could find is an article in the Santa Cruz record about them. Can anybody help? Is this a legitimate website?

ok so i am getting a bloodhound over Pet Travel .com my sister dosnt think it’s real she thinks it’s a scam has anyone else ever used it before if so Please Tell and do they exept Visa,Debit,or master cards it’s through Western Union thanks
