i have had NO money in my checking account due to bank of america dropping my direct deposit without telling my employer they were doing so. and i have an auto-bill pay that i have authorized by 24 hr pet watch for my pet insurance. they billed me TWICE within a week and it bounced. i called them immediately and they told me that i had not missed a payment that i needed to sort it out with my bank that it was probably a bank scam. i called my bank they said no. then i get a week and 1/2 later a e-mail from the pet insur place saying that i have missed a payment, before i can even call them back about it they try to charge my acct again. i call again and they tell me that my acct is in good standing, and i say no it isn’t you said this before and i got charged, STOP charging my account until i can get some money in there or give you another acct number and they agreed to telling me that they were ‘noting’ my acct. they tried to charge my account within a few days later again. i had to call them a third time and tell them to STOP charging my account. they told me i had until august 12th until they would try to charge me for my past due balance and my august bill and just to get a new card number for them or square away my current acct by then. july 21nd and 26th they charged my acct again on both days. my late fees from my bank are SKY HIGH and i have already made a transfer trying to cover it before and they charged me before it even cleared into my account. i called them again last week asking them why they were doing what they were doing when i had asked them NOT to and these are recording conversations of them agreeing not to, i gave them a new debit card number to charge to and told them they would lose my business if i didn’t hear from someone who could provide me with a write up admitting that the charges were in error that could be faxed to my bank to get my fees removed. they promised me someone would contact me by three days ago and no one ever did. further more they charged my original account AGAIN today, after i had already given them a new acct to charge to.
